9 in Bulacan ghost projects now in government custody

Nine of 11 people facing graft and malversation charges in connection with an alleged anomalous flood control project in Bulacan are now in government custody after yesterday’s arrest of contractor Curlee Discaya II from the Senate, Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla said.
