New Appeal Filed in 68-Year-Old Baby Mix-Up Case in Tokyo

A man who was swapped with another baby 68 years ago at a Tokyo metropolitan hospital has filed a new appeal, claiming the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has not fulfilled its court-ordered obligation to investigate his birth parents.
