Romanian Tax Authority Changes VAT Assessment Procedure for Non-Filers
The Romanian National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has prepared a new procedure for the ex officio establishment of VAT owed by taxable persons who have not submitted their VAT returns (D300), along with new forms.
