Level 100 students raise concerns over delayed ‘No-Fees-Stress’ refunds

More than a year after the government introduced its no-fee stress policy for first-year students in public tertiary institutions, some Level 100 students under the 2026 beneficiary batch say they have yet to receive reimbursement for fees they paid at the start of the academic year.
