Poland's naval fleet rapidly expanding

Poland's war fleet is growing rapidly, with the hull of the first 'Miecznik' frigate, ORP Wicher, touching Baltic waters, and a submarine construction agreement signed in June. Polish shipyards are building more ships than at any time since the 1990s.
