Infectious Disease Outbreak Kills 11 Cats at Lisbon NGO

An outbreak of an 'extremely contagious' infectious disease has killed 11 cats at a temporary shelter run by an NGO in Lisbon. Forty other animals are also sick, many in critical condition, prompting the NGO to request donations to cover thousands of euros in debt.
