Lisbon, Heuvelton, Potsdam boys crowned Section 10 Champions

POTSDAM — Lisbon in Class C and Potsdam in Class B gained repeat honors and Heuvelton won the Class D title for the third time in five years as the cast of Section 10 Boys Basketball Champions was completed Friday at SUNY Potsdam.
