ECtHR finds no freedom of expression violation in Georgian activist's TikTok case
The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) ruled that there was no violation of freedom of expression in the case of Georgian activist Irakli Miladze. Miladze had been fined in 2023 for using obscene language towards public officials in a viral TikTok video.
