Portuguese-Venezuelans Face Bank Account Access Issues

Clients of Millennium and CGD banks, primarily Portuguese-Venezuelans, have reported being unable to access their accounts for payments and transfers. CGD attributes these issues to telecommunications operator limitations, not the bank itself.
