Podaci preduzeća EXPO 2027 pokazuju da je od 2024. godine sprovedeno 115 postupaka nabavki sa ukupno 200 pristiglih ponuda, što čini prosek od 1,74 ponude po tenderu. Pored matičnog preduzeća, nabavke za potrebe izložbe objavljuju povezana preduzeća Galovica, Akvatik i Petrac.
