Lithuanian Survey Reveals Employee Trust in Management Communication

A survey conducted in Lithuania indicates that employees place the highest trust in information disseminated by their managers. Six out of ten employees in Lithuania consider it important for company information to be shared by organizational leaders, with an even greater emphasis placed on direct managers' communication.
