Heiner Müller schrieb um 1960 ein Drehbuch über die Kollektivierung eines Dorfes. Aus dem Film wurde nichts, Motive gingen aber in das Skandalstück ein, das den Dramatiker kurz darauf nicht nur in der DDR berühmt macht.
