Montenegro's Tax Debt and Collection Challenges
Montenegro's total tax debt currently stands at approximately 750 million euros, with about 300 million euros attributed to accrued interest. The biggest challenge remains the collection of old tax debts, some of which are difficult or impossible to collect.
