French RN Party Proposes €20 Billion Heatwave Renovation Plan

France's National Rally (RN) party has proposed a '100% renov'' plan, valued at 20 billion euros, aimed at combating heatwaves. According to MP Jean-Philippe Tanguy, the plan would incur 'zero' cost for individuals and local communities if implemented by an RN government.
