Promoters of Wicklow music festival headlined by Craig David ordered to cease advertising

A proposed concert at the Carlisle Grounds in Bray, headlined by Craig David, has been cast into serious doubt after district officials confirmed that the event has not received any formal approval and may not be permissible under the terms of the stadium’s sporting lease.
