Polish Justice Ministry Rejects Proposal for Automatic Judicial Assessor Appointments
Poland's Ministry of Justice has stated it finds no basis for legislative work on a procedure for automatic appointment of judicial assessors. This comes in response to a proposal made by the Ombudsman's office in mid-July.
