Health NZ and PSA Reach Deal After Months of Negotiations and Strikes
Health NZ and the Public Service Association (PSA) have reached a new collective agreement, concluding months of negotiations and strike action. The deal includes a pay increase of 2.5 percent from December 2025 and a further 2 percent from December this year.
