LIST: Flooded areas in Metro Manila on Wednesday afternoon

MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Metro Manila remained flooded on Wednesday afternoon, due to the prevailing heavy rainfall brought by the southwest monsoon or “habagat”, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA). The MMDA provided the road situation along the following areas, as of 2:04 p.m: Valenzuela City Gutter-high, up to 8 inches
