Decided to flee after receiving draft notices: Ukraine brings back teenage brothers deported to Russia

Two teenage brothers who were deported by Russian occupiers from Luhansk Oblast to Russia at the start of the full-scale invasion have been brought back to Ukraine. One of the boys was served a draft notice by the Russians.
