Lisbon prepares heat shelters and extends station hours for vulnerable populations
Lisbon authorities have prepared two pavilions in Areeiro and São Vicente to serve as heat shelters, to be opened in cases of extreme necessity. Additionally, train stations like Oriente, Rossio, and Santa Apolónia will extend their operating hours to provide refuge for the homeless.
