Angara lauds Comelec for dropping expiration of teachers’ poll service credits

MANILA, Philippines — Education Secretary Sonny Angara commended the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Wednesday for removing the expiration period for service credits earned by public school teachers from election-related duties.
