Portuguese Brewer Creates Sparkling Belgian Dubbel Beer

Master brewer Pedro Sousa, in collaboration with enologist Jorge Sousa Pinto, has developed a unique Belgian dubbel-style beer that undergoes a long fermentation process and is then 'espumantizada' to create a sparkling beer.
