RTB Deems Landlord's Termination Notice Invalid After Alleged Assault

The Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) has ruled that a notice of termination issued by landlord Alvina Grosu was invalid, following her claim that her tenant's grandson pushed her during an encounter.
