HRA Calls for Prosecution of Kovač and Vuković for 1996 War Crime
The Human Rights Action (HRA) stated that Radomir Kovač and Zoran Vuković, convicted in 1996 for a crime against the Klapuh family as members of the Army of Republika Srpska (VRS), have not been punished even after 34 years, urging Bosnia and Herzegovina to prosecute them.
