Odisha school principal thrashed, garlanded with shoes over ‘affair’ claims

The president of a school managing committee and three others were arrested for assaulting an in-charge headmaster in Sundargarh district. The headmaster was allegedly garlanded with shoes and paraded through the village on suspicions of an illicit relationship with the SMC president's wife. Police are searching for additional accused.
