Man Withdraws Cannabis Lawsuit Against Norwegian Municipality and State

A man has withdrawn his lawsuit against Vadsø municipality and the Norwegian state, which he filed after being denied the use of legal medical cannabis in prison, just before the case was set to go to trial.
