Mitsubishi Electric Joins Rohm and Toshiba in Power Semiconductor Merger Talks

Semiconductor giants Rohm, Toshiba, and Mitsubishi Electric are now exploring a merger of their power semiconductor businesses, used in EVs and data centers. Mitsubishi Electric has joined existing negotiations between Rohm and Toshiba, with an announcement expected soon, as Rohm also considers an acquisition offer from Denso.
