Ukraine Names Bosnian Serb Suspected of War Crimes in Kyiv Area

Ukraine's Security Service has identified Davor Savicic, an alleged commander of the Wolves combat unit, as a suspect in war crimes, accusing him of torturing and mistreating civilian captives while fighting for Russia in Ukraine in 2022.
