Cargo Ship Runs Aground Off Toshima Island, No Injuries Reported

A cargo ship ran aground on rocks off Toshima Island in Japan's Izu Islands around 3:30 AM on the 19th, becoming unable to navigate on its own. All 17 crew members are uninjured, and there are currently no reports of flooding or oil spills.
