Irish TD Calls for State Purchase of Easter Rising 'Flag of Truce'

An Irish Fianna Fáil TD has called for the State to purchase the white linen handkerchief used by Captain Michael William O’Reilly as a 'flag of truce' during the Easter Rising, which is set to be offered for sale at an upcoming auction.
