Czech State Ordered to Compensate Neograph Founder Sitta

A Prague municipal court has definitively ruled that the Czech state must pay 35 million Czech crowns in compensation to Vladimír Sitta, a key witness in the Prague public transport 'ticket case', who faced prosecution for alleged tunneling.

Stát musí vyplatit odškodné ve výši 35 milionů korun Vladimíru Sittovi, který patřil ke klíčovým svědkům v tzv. jízdenkové kauze pražského dopravního podniku. V úterý o tom pravomocně rozhodl pražský městský soud. Sitta čelil stíhání za údajné tunelování jeho papírny Neograph, justice jej osvobodila.
