ECHR Condemns Moldova Over Child Paralyzed After Dental Anesthesia
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has condemned Moldova and ordered it to pay over €22,000 in compensation to the family of Lilian Căldăraru, a boy from Chisinau who was paralyzed and entered a vegetative state after general anesthesia at a state dental clinic.
