ECHR Finds Russia Guilty in Majority of Transnistria Human Rights Cases
Human rights organization Promo-LEX reports that the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has found Russia guilty in 71% of cases concerning human rights violations in the Transnistrian region, with the country owing over €6.4 million to plaintiffs.
