ECHR Orders Poland to Allow New Constitutional Tribunal Judges to Rule
The European Court of Human Rights has issued an interim measure ordering Poland's public authorities to refrain from obstructing new Constitutional Tribunal judges, who were not invited by the president to take the oath, from assuming and performing their duties.
