ECHR Rules Czech Republic Violated Rights in Romani Man's Death
The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that the Czech Republic violated the right to life, the prohibition of inhuman or degrading treatment, and the prohibition of discrimination in the case of a Romani man's death during a police intervention in Teplice.
