ECtHR Rules Russia Violated Man's Right to Private Life by Disclosing Psychiatric Diagnosis
The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) unanimously ruled that the Russian Federation violated Article 8 of the Convention by disclosing a man's psychiatric diagnosis in an official document, ordering Russia to pay 11,000 euros.
