Montenegro Ministry Reviews Apartment Maintenance Fees and Manager Control

Montenegro's Ministry is reviewing whether the 20-cent per square meter fee residents pay for maintenance since 2016 will remain, considering the significant increase in prices for goods, services, and construction costs. Greater control over building managers' spending is also being examined.
