HRA criticizes adopted amendments to MUP and ANB laws in Montenegro

Human Rights Action (HRA) believes that the political consensus reached on amendments to the laws on the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) and the National Security Agency (ANB) does not inspire confidence in the upcoming public debate on constitutional changes.
