Cayetano-wing flood control hearing ‘will no longer proceed’ — venue

MANILA, Philippines — The supposed Senate blue ribbon committee hearing of the bloc led by Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano will not proceed, the management of the venue confirmed on Tuesday.
