Early wine harvest begins in Břeclav, Czech Republic

The first burčák (partially fermented wine) of the year is expected to be available this weekend in the Czech Republic, as the harvest of early grape varieties has begun a week earlier than last year in the Břeclav region.

První letošní burčák budou vinaři nabízet už o tomto víkendu. Jeho cesta ale začala v úterý ještě před svítáním ve vinicích u Dolních Dunajovic na Břeclavsku. Sběrači tam zahájili vinobraní nejranějších odrůd hroznů.
