Zapatero considers prescription defense for tax fraud in jewelry case

José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero's lawyer is reportedly considering using the statute of limitations (prescription) to deactivate the tax fraud charge related to the "jewelry loot" case, and has also outlined a nullity of proceedings defense.
