Thames Water returns to profit after raising bills, despite £20 billion debt

Thames Water, the UK's largest water company, reported a post-tax profit for the 12 months to the end of March, a significant turnaround from previous losses, achieved after raising bills. The company's net debt, however, swelled to £20 billion.
