NGT Directs PCB to Assess Environmental Compensation for Kadambrayar River Pollution

India's National Green Tribunal (NGT) has instructed the Pollution Control Board (PCB) to assess environmental compensation from those responsible for polluting the Kadambrayar river, based on the 'polluter pays principle'.
