Batangas Drivers Receive Fuel Subsidies via GCash E-wallets

Drivers from the Batangas Transport Cooperative (BATRASCO) in the Philippines have begun receiving government fuel subsidies directly into their GCash e-wallets. This digital reimbursement initiative is also serving as an introduction to digital finance for some recipients.
