Serbia Requests Post-Ante Analysis of Judicial Laws

Serbian Justice Minister Nenad Vujić announced that Serbia has requested a post-ante analysis of the adopted amendments to the set of judicial laws, confirming continued cooperation with the Venice Commission.

Ministar pravde Srbije Nenad Vujić danas je na sastanku sa delegacijom Saveta Evrope izjavio da je Srbija zatražila post ante analizu usvojenih izmena i dopuna seta pravosudnih zakona, čime je potvrdila nastavak saradnje sa Venecijanskom komisijom po tom, ali i po pitanju Zakona o Pravosudnoj akademiji.
