Supreme Court Allows Civil Action Over Alleged Sex Assault by Former Law Society President

Ireland's Supreme Court has ruled that a man's civil action concerning his late father, Walter Beatty snr, a former Law Society president, can proceed over alleged sex assault when the plaintiff was 15.
