Race against time to get Saatse Boot bypass roads ready for autumn

Following the sighting of armed individuals on the Saatse–Ulitina road last October, the Estonian government closed two segments that extend into Russian territory. Authorities are now in a race against time to construct bypass roads before the onset of autumn.
