Romanian Defense Ministry Will Not Sign Disadvantageous Contracts
The Romanian Ministry of National Defence (MApN) announced it will not sign public procurement contracts under the SAFE program if the conditions are disadvantageous. The operators involved have been approved by the Supreme Council of National Defense (CSAT).
