Egg Producers to Pay $3.3 Million to Settle Price-Fixing Lawsuit
Several egg producing companies have agreed to pay $3.3 million to settle a federal price-fixing lawsuit. As part of the settlement, the companies will also donate over 53 million eggs to food banks and nonprofits across 17 states that participated in the antitrust action.
