Egypt upholds conviction of Italian woman for adultery

(ANSA) - ROME, APR 28 - Egypt on Tuesday upheld the conviction of an Italian woman for adultery. Nessy Guerra, a native of Sanremo and mother of a three-year-old girl, who was tried for adultery following the complaint of her Italian-Egyptian ex-husband Tamer Hamouda, has also been convicted on appeal in Egypt.
